King Saul’s army saw the size of the Philistine Goliath and trembled, but the young David (not a king or even a soldier at the time) saw the size of God and drew courage.
The renewed mind sees a problem from the place of unlimited provision in God.
“[put off your old self], which belongs to your former manner of life and is corrupt through deceitful desires, and to [be renewed in the spirit of your minds], and to [put on the new self], created after the likeness of God in true righteousness and holiness.” Ephesians 4:22-24
“Do not be conformed to this world, but [be transformed by the renewal of your mind], that by testing you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect”Romans 12:2
“If you [abide in me], and my words abide in you, ask whatever you wish, and it will be done for you.” Jesus in John 15:7
For the believer, every problem that encounters you will always be outmatched by Christ in you. If we abide in Him we have every confidence in victory, so take courage, He has conquered all things and we are more than conquerors in Christ Jesus!
For the not-yet believer, You were made on purpose for a purpose:
“For [you] are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand, that [you] should walk in them.” Ephesians 2:10
Jesus invites you to receive your adoption, as daughters and sons, into His family that you would receive every blessing above and below heaven through relationship with Him.
